Community Guidelines
Klovvo works because people feel safe in it. Here's the line.
Be a neighbor
- π€ Assume good faith. Most people are here to share what they love.
- π¬ Disagree with ideas, not people. Passionate debate is welcome; hostility isn't.
- π Respect the local vibe. Every community sets its own tone β read the room.
The hard lines
- π« Harassment, hate speech, or targeting people or groups
- π« Spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising
- π« Content that's illegal or sexualizes minors (reported to authorities)
- π« Impersonation or doxxing β including posting others' private information
Safety
If you see something unsafe, report it (or email safety@klovvo.com). Safety reports are reviewed before everything else. Meeting up with people from the internet? Choose public places, tell a friend, and trust your instincts β the same rules your mom taught you.
Moderation
Moderation happens in three layers. Community owners and mods handle day-to-day tone β they can remove posts and ban members in their communities. Klovvo moderation handles the hard lines above and appeals. You control your own experience β leave any community, block anyone, and your feed is yours.
Bans for hard-line violations are account-wide and permanent. Everything else starts with a warning, because people make mistakes. Think we got it wrong? Email safety@klovvo.com and a human will take another look.
